Obama Signs Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act

The race is on. President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act today.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have a problem with “fair pay”. What I have a problem with is the provisions of this Act that extend the statute of limitations on filing a discrimination claim with every paycheck an employee receives.
